Massage Modalities

1. Swedish Massage - LIght pressure, relxing massage that incorporates connective strokes to encourage stress reduction and increased bllod circulation.

2. Reflexology - varying degrees of pressure applied to the hands and feet to produce specific reflex reactions within the body. Especially beneficial for anyone with internal ailments such as poor circulation or digestive problems.

3.Deep Tissue Massage - Manipulation of the muscle tissue by skilled hands to help provide a pleasant and extremely effective means of introducing freer movement and higher levels of energy into the connective framework.

4.Shiatsu - means finger pressure. In shiatsu the fingers, thumbs, elbows, knees, feet and hands are all used to stimulate or sedate the energy flowing through the body to promote health & healing. Performed on a mat on the floor. The client remains fully clothed.

5.Cranial Sacral Therapy - Gentle, hands-on approach to bodywork. It focuses on the bones of the head, spinal column, sacrum and the underlying structures. This work finds restrictions and/or compression in these areas and uses specific techniques to release these areas.
